At The CAI Store, we strive to ensure your fashion-forward footwear fits perfectly, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice for a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Place the unused footwear back in its original CAI brand box along with all tags and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the product passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange pair immediately.
